Services Included Each Visit

Skim surface
-
Brush walls, steps, and tile line
-
Vacuum as needed
-
Empty skimmer and pump baskets
-
Test and balance water chemistry (chemicals included)
-
Check filter pressure and visually inspect equipment
Not Included (Billed Separately if Needed)

Green pool recovery / algae cleanup
-
Filter breakdown and deep cleaning
-
Repairs, leak diagnosis, or equipment replacement
-
Heavy storm or party cleanup beyond normal debris
-
Tile or calcium scale removal
Any extra work will be quoted and approved before being performed.
Client Responsibilities

Maintain proper water level (around the middle of the skimmer).

Provide safe, unlocked access on the scheduled service day.

Secure aggressive pets before arrival.
-
Keep equipment in working condition and powered.
If access, safety, or water level prevent normal service, the visit may still be billed.
Billing & Cancellation

Service is billed monthly in advance.
-
A $15 late fee may apply after 7 days past due.

Prices may adjust seasonally or annually with 30-day notice.

Either party may cancel with 30-day written notice (email or text is fine).

No refunds for partial months once service has started for that billing cycle.
Liability
Schiager’s Pool & Spa Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, equipment failure, structural leaks, staining, or algae caused by poor circulation, power issues, or ignored equipment problems outside of our control.
