At Schiager’s Pool & Spa Service, customer satisfaction is important to us. We work hard to provide reliable, consistent, and high-quality pool service. The following policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a service provided, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
Refund Policy
Because our service is labor-based and performed on-site, refunds are not typically issued once service has been completed.
Refunds may be considered in special circumstances at our discretion, including if:

A service was charged in error

Service could not be completed due to our scheduling or equipment issues
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Prepaid Services
If you prepaid for services and wish to cancel future visits:

Any unused portion will be refunded for visits not yet performed

Completed services are non-refundable
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed or blocked visits (gate locked, unsafe conditions, low water level, aggressive pets, etc.) may be charged at our standard service rate.
Service Pauses
If you need to temporarily pause service:

Please notify us ahead of time

Service can be resumed when you're ready

Water chemistry and algae issues during pause are the customer’s responsibility
Special Cleaning Services
For one-time cleanings or algae treatments:

Payment is due upon completion

No refunds once service is performed

Follow-up visits caused by equipment failure or customer-added chemicals may incur additional fees
Weather Policy
We work in most weather conditions.
Heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions may result in:

A modified service (chemicals only / equipment check only), or
-
Rescheduled visit
These visits are still chargeable if partial service is provided.
