Schiager’s Pool & Spa Service provides residential pool and spa maintenance services in Folsom, CA and El Dorado Hills, CA.
Services may include weekly cleaning, chemical balancing, equipment checks, filter service, and one-time cleanings.
All services are subject to availability and may vary depending on pool condition and equipment functionality.
Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:

Maintain proper water levels at all times

Notify us of any issues with your pool or equipment
If access is blocked or unsafe, service may be skipped or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
Billing & Payments

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice

Services may be billed weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly

Additional fees apply for extra services or severe pool conditions (ex: heavy algae, debris, neglected pools)
Failure to pay on time may result in paused or cancelled service.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule service by contacting us in advance.
Missed visits due to locked gates, dogs in yard, low water level, equipment failure, or unsafe conditions may still be charged at our discretion.
Chemicals & Water Conditions
We test and adjust pool chemistry to industry standards.
However, water quality may vary due to:

Heavy pool usage

Water imbalance prior to service

Equipment issues

Customer-added chemicals
Client-added chemicals between visits are not recommended and can affect water quality and equipment.
Equipment
We do not replace or repair pool equipment unless mutually agreed upon.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from:

Manufacturer defects

Equipment failure
Liability
We take pride in safe, professional service. However, we are not responsible for:

Damage caused by faulty or aging equipment

Water loss or equipment issues due to power outages

Accidental chemical reactions caused by unauthorized chemical additions
Our liability is limited to the cost of one month of service fees.
