Payments Policy

Schiager’s Pool & Spa Service offers several secure payment options for your convenience. By using our services or submitting payment, you agree to the following payment terms.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

Online & Card Payments (Preferred)

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • Debit Cards

  • Square Online Checkout

  • Mobile Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay — when available)

Other Payment Options

  • Zelle – Customer must contact us directly for payment instructions

  • Venmo – Customer must contact us directly for a secure payment link

  • Cash or Check – Accepted during on-site service visits

Payment Timing

  • Weekly Service Customers: Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice.

  • One-Time Services / Repairs: Payment is due at the time of service completion.

  • Monthly Billing Customers: Payment is due within 3 days of each monthly invoice, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Billing is monthly and due at the start of each service cycle. Late payments over 7 days are subject to a $15 late fee.
    Services may pause if invoices remain unpaid.

Late or unpaid balances may result in service interruption until the account is current.

AutoPay (Optional)

Customers may choose to enroll in automatic recurring payments using a card on file through Square.
AutoPay provides:

  • On-time payments every month

  • Reduced risk of service interruption

  • Faster processing

A card on file may also be used for unpaid balances that remain overdue by more than 7 days.

Non-Card Payments (Zelle, Venmo, Cash)

For security and customer protection, Zelle or Venmo details are not published publicly.
Customers must contact us directly to receive the correct payment information.

Cash and payments must be handed directly to the service technician or mailed to the address provided on your invoice.

Checks will not be accepted.

Disputes & Billing Questions

If you believe your invoice is incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the bill.
We are happy to review charges, make corrections, or answer questions.

Service Suspension for Non-Payment

Schiager’s Pool & Spa Service reserves the right to suspend or cancel service if:

  • Payment is not received within 7 days

  • The account has repeated unpaid balances

  • Fraudulent chargebacks occur

Service will resume once the balance is paid in full.

Payment Receipts

Receipts are automatically provided through Square for all electronic payments.
Customers paying by cash or Non-Card Payments may request a receipt at any time.
